Nun also doch ! Ich hatte gebucht ! Eine Woche Mallorca ! Eigentlich wollte ich nie auf diese Insel. Aber eine geplante Tour in die Normandie war ausgefallen und eine Woche“ einfach nur einmal raus“ bot sich an. Das Hotel machte im Netz einen schönen Eindruck, ein kleines Auto sollte mich eine Woche begleiten und ich war bereit, Vorurteile abzubauen.
Nach kompliktaionslosem Flug fragte mich der zuständige Herr am Europcar-Schalter, ob ich statt des 107 Peugeot einen Audi A1 für einen Mehrpreis von 6 € am Tag haben wolle-“ in Black“- fügte er verschwörerisch hinzu.Und ich sei der Erste, der ihn mieten würde. Ich stimmte zu. Er stünde in dem großen Parkhaus in der Reihe A2, alles kein Problem, vollgetrankt, aber bitte nur 400 km in der Woche. Es war ein kleiner Weg vom Schalter zum Parkhaus, dafür war die Anzahl der zu mietenden Fahrzeuge umso größer. Und in der Reihe A2, die die gesamte Länge des Parkhauses einnahm, standen wunderschöne Citroen, aber kein schwarzer Audi A1. Auch der Trick, ihn mit dem Funkschlüssel zum Blinken oder irgendwelchen Tönen zu bringen, verfing nicht. Es rührte sich rein gar nichts.Nach Ablaufen mehrerer Reihen mit dem gesamten Gepäck fand ich ihn dann auf Reihe A4/ A5. Schwarz, nagelneu, frisch gewaschen. Also raus aus dem Flughafen und auf die teils 6-spurige Autostrada nach Palma, die dann in die Autopista de Llevant, den Passeig Sagrera und die Avinguida Gabriel Roca mündet. Und am Sonnabend Abend ist man auf diesen Prachtstrassen Palmas, direkt am Mittelmeer entlang, nicht allein. Von allen Seiten wurde der nagelneue Audi attackiert und geschnitten. Die wußten ‚halt , wo geblitzt wurede , ich nicht! Also Fenster auf, Arm ‚raus, Gas und Hupe gleichzeitig und kräftig mitschneiden! Hoffentlich überlebt der Audi das !? Hat er !!
